Len lived a full and active life and befriended many. He was a loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He had a heart for people, showing kindness and generosity wherever and however he could.

Stand By Me is a charity that was close to his heart. They care passionately about children around the world, serving their families and communities. Len became actively involved with them in his late 60's, initially visiting Kenya, then serving the children of Bekoji in Ethiopia. His last visit to them was in November 2019. He would have loved to return but sadly that was not meant to be.

The fragility of life has separated us but Len would want everyone to know that he is now in heaven. He is safe and he is well, praising the Lord whom he loved so much.
